What is Governance?

Governance involves managing our foundation in a manner that ensures we set and meet expectations, standards and values providing accountability of our foundation. This includes meeting legal obligations, best practice and monitoring performance so our service users receive the highest quality of care and staff are equipped to deliver the service.

How we set our standards

At Treasures Foundation we are fully committed to continued improvement so that we consistently offer the best to our service users and staff. We achieve this by using a robust framework of clinical and information quality assurance. Our governance framework is compliant with a range of regulatory requirements and best practice guidance, such as that of the Care Quality Commission (CQC), National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
