Meet the Team

Treasures Foundation is shaped by the women behind it.

Our team brings together lived experience, professional knowledge and a shared commitment to supporting women and girls as they rebuild their lives.

Mandy Ogunmokun
Founder & CEO

Mandy founded Treasures after returning to HMP Holloway as a staff member — the same prison where she had once been incarcerated. There, she saw women being released into unsafe and unsuitable accommodation, often without the support they needed to rebuild their lives.

Determined to create something different, Mandy founded Treasures to provide women with safety, stability and the opportunity for lasting change. Her own experiences have shaped the tenacity, understanding and determination she brings to leading the charity today.

Jade Wye
COO

Jade brings both lived experience and professional expertise to Treasures, shaped by her own journey through addiction, homelessness and trauma. With a background in mental health nursing and the charity sector, she co-leads Treasures alongside Mandy. As a trained EMDR therapist, Jade also provides trauma therapy, keeping her closely connected to the women Treasures supports.

Marian Oloyede
Support Worker

Marian is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment where women feel valued and able to move forward at their own pace. She builds trusting relationships, encourages independence and recognises the small achievements that can make a big difference in recovery. Marian brings empathy, consistency and a welcome sense of humour to the Treasures team.

Sandra Lebeau
Lead Key Worker

Sandra’s journey with Treasures began as a resident. After completing the programme, she returned as a volunteer before becoming a Support Worker and progressing to Lead Keyworker. Her own lived experience gives Sandra a deep understanding of the women Treasures supports, and she now uses that experience to offer others the same hope and opportunity for lasting change

Lynn Mcclure
Key Worker

Lynn first came to Treasures in 2016 directly from rehabilitation and spent six years as a resident. She returned as a volunteer in 2022 before joining the team. Drawing on her own lived experience, Lynn understands the importance of belonging and acceptance in recovery and is proud to now support other women as they work towards rebuilding their lives

Lycia Rogers
Key Worker

Lycia uses her own lived experience to bring understanding and compassion to her role at Treasures. Her approach is centred around recovery and helping women feel heard, respected and understood. She is committed to providing support that empowers women and helps them move forward in their recovery at a pace that is right for them.

Jody Barnes
Key Worker

Jody first came to Treasures as a resident, where she built the foundations for a new way of life. Today, she supports other women to access the same opportunities for change and growth that she experienced. Jody is proud to give back to the community that supported her and to help women work towards greater independence and stability

Sharon Chirekeni
Key Worker

Sharon came to Treasures after leaving prison without accommodation or support. With the stability and support she found here, she began rebuilding her life and relationships. Now studying Counselling Skills at college, Sharon has joined the Treasures team and uses her own experience to support other women as they begin to build their lives beyond addiction and the criminal justice system

Aakanksha Katira
Key Worker

Aakanksha brings specialist knowledge of trauma, grief and addiction to her role at Treasures. With Master’s degrees in Clinical and Health Psychology, she works as part of our trauma-informed, recovery-focused team to provide thoughtful, evidence-based support that responds to the individual needs and experiences of each woman.

Eva Perez
Area Manager

Eva joined Treasures as our first Area Manager after connecting with Mandy’s story and the work of Treasures at a screening of the *Holloway* documentary. She brings experience across the VAWG and substance misuse sectors and believes that respect, communication and commitment are central to helping women move forward. Eva is focused on helping Treasures reach and support more women.
